You cannot insert data because you have a quota of 0 on the tablespace. To fix this, run 

    ALTER USER &lt;user&gt; quota unlimited on &lt;tablespace name&gt;;

or

    ALTER USER &lt;user&gt; quota 100M on &lt;tablespace name&gt;;

as a DBA user (depending on how much space you need / want to grant).

I have been trying to display pdf file which I am getting as a blob from a `$http.post` response. The pdf must be displayed within the app using `&lt;embed src&gt;` for example.

I came across a couple of stack posts but somehow my example doesn&#39;t seem to work.

According to [this doc][1], I went on and tried...

Now from what I understand, `fileURL` creates a temporary URL that the blog can use as a reference.

I am not sure how to handle this in Angular, the ideal situation would be to **(1)** assign it to a scope, **(2)** &#39;prepare/rebuild&#39; the blob to a pdf **(3)** pass it to the HTML using `&lt;embed&gt;` because I want to display it within the app.

I have been researching for more than a day now but somehow I can&#39;t seem to understand how this works in Angular... And let&#39;s just assume the pdf viewer libraries out there weren&#39;t an option.

I have a default tablespace and I&#39;m able to create tables, however, they do not show at the objects tab in Toad.

I need to connect another application (Quantum Gis), however it uses the Service Name instead of the SID.

I would like to give a user all the permissions on a database without making it an admin.
The reason why I want to do that is that at the moment DEV and PROD are different DBs on the same cluster so I don&#39;t want a user to be able to change production objects but it must be able to change objects on DEV.

I tried:

    grant ALL on database MY_DB to group MY_GROUP;

but it doesn&#39;t seem to give any permission.

Then I tried:

    grant all privileges on schema MY_SCHEMA to group MY_GROUP;

and it seems to give me permission to create objects but not to query\delete objects on that schema that belong to other users

I could go on by giving USAGE permission to the user on MY_SCHEMA but then it would complain about not having permissions on the table ...

So I guess my question is: is there any easy way of giving all the permissions to a user on a DB?

I have looked into the documentation for `GRANT` Found [here][1] and I was trying to see if there is a built-in function that can let me look at what level of accessibility I have in databases. Of course there is:

`\dp` and `\dp mytablename`

But this does not show what my account has access to. I would like to see ALL the tables I have access to. Can anyone tell me if there is a command that can check my level of access in Postgres (whether I have `SELECT`, `INSERT`, `DELETE`, `UPDATE` privileges)? And if so, what would that command be?

I often see in many MySQL tutorials that people use command `IDENTIFIED BY &#39;password&#39;` both during user creation and granting him privileges. 

For example:

    CREATE USER &#39;username&#39;@&#39;localhost&#39; IDENTIFIED BY &#39;password&#39;;
    GRANT ALL PRIVILEGES ON database.* TO &#39;username&#39;@&#39;localhost&#39; IDENTIFIED BY &#39;password&#39;;

I tried using `GRANT` without `IDENTIFIED BY` and it works.  
Can somebody explain me why it is used twice? Could there be other password for specific privileges?
